Heads up...
Updated Gnuradio via homebrew this morning - showing as 3.10.12.0_12. Rebuilt gr-osmocom (as appropriate when this happens), then rebuilt gqrx. Gqrx gets to the [INFO] [UHD] line and segfaults. Looking at some of the apple crash log looks like the culprit was a significant change to UHD support in gnuradio that's not being handled.
Current workaround is to add -DENABLE_UHD=NO to the cmake line when building gr-osmocom, then rebuilding gqrx.
Should also know that Homebrew will be deprecating and finally removing support for gnuradio because they require Qt5, which was at end-of-life over a year ago (looking to finally move Dream to Qt6, which thrills me to no end /s).
