docs: align VS Code and Cloud workshop lesson structure

Summary

Layer 3/4 of the replacement stack derived from #167, based on the App layer #174 (geektrainer/app-workshop-reordered). Transfers the exact reviewed snapshot changes for docs/vscode/** and docs/cloud/**, aligning lesson flow and custom-agent creation, selection, verification, and handoffs without changing other harnesses.

Registered review order: #169 → #174 → #170 → #171.

Current commit: 7a1715c1e5413ffe1b42ec3194c7eb2f3390ac1c. This synchronization inherits #169's simplified verification wrappers through App parent 2f36fcb3a1f99565f84dd5a09aeda3d6a12cfeba. The Bash and PowerShell wrappers call existing check:all, build, and Lychee commands. The former MJS verification engine, capture hooks, and direct parser dependency were removed in #169; this PR inherits that removal unchanged. The wrappers do not validate prose or replace AI judgment about content and teaching flow. PowerShell execution is not certified here.

Current synchronization evidence: git range-diff reports an unchanged commit patch; the 13-file binary delta, every owned blob, and all 29 fenced blocks are identical to the prior revision and retain the reviewed snapshot content from e150fd531805f57a77be754c37f342386471bc00. All lesson blobs under docs/ are unchanged from the previous head. All non-owned files match the new App parent exactly. No VS Code/Cloud translation trees were added. No site checks, installations, or runtime trials were repeated for this intermediate layer; the coordinator owns the final top-of-stack Bash-wrapper run, whose result is not claimed here.

Historical evidence only: on prior commit a7afe6d13f6bf4de19a78a5fb3e86e96f348afbf, the now-removed verify.mjs all passed type checks, a clean build, checks of 228 source-derived pages, and offline Lychee (2,792 unique links, zero errors). Type checks reported zero errors, zero warnings, and four existing Astro deprecation hints. Those results are not a run of the current simplified wrappers or certification of the current tree.

Previously checked changed public GitHub and VS Code documentation links resolve to the intended documentation. https://github.com/copilot/agents redirects to sign-in; authenticated destination behavior remains unverified.

Notes for reviewers

• Base remains geektrainer/app-workshop-reordered, not main; the direct parent is 2f36fcb3a1f99565f84dd5a09aeda3d6a12cfeba.
• Scope is exactly 13 VS Code/Cloud Markdown files, including their README changes. No CLI/App content, root overview, site navigation, authoring files, or template-repository changes are included in this layer's delta. Verification simplification is inherited from docs: simplify workshop authoring and verification guidance #169, not introduced by this layer.
• Earlier content-alignment and cross-reference review found no intermediate link blockers. Older CLI custom-agent wording and translations are replaced by the CLI refresh in layer 4 (docs: refresh CLI workshop with learner-created skills and QA #171). App changes are already present through docs: refresh App workshop with learner-created skills and QA #174.
• VS Code and Cloud agent UI rehearsal was not performed. Static documentation checks are not runtime evidence for agent discovery, selection, or execution. The existing plain-div callout rendering caveat is unchanged.
• Original docs: align CLI and App workshops with learner-created skills and QA #167 remains open and draft at head 5425886b2ea1fab5fcdff118ec46e689ee4739fd. Historical docs: refresh App workshop with learner-created skills and QA #172 was indirectly marked merged into the CLI branch during the reorder and is replaced for review by docs: refresh App workshop with learner-created skills and QA #174; nothing merged into main. Keep this PR draft; no auto-merge is enabled.
