Translate all 181 missing strings, including the command palette entries. AI-assisted with Pi using OpenAI Codex (gpt-5.6-sol) to draft the translations and run gettext checks. I manually reviewed all translations. msgfmt and msgcmp checks pass. Related to ghostty-org#13766
