Signatura is an e-signature platform for sending, signing, and sealing documents online — with AI-assisted field placement, multi-signer workflows, and a SHA-256-sealed audit trail on every completed document. One plan with everything included, priced per seat, with the rate falling as your team grows. Signatura is built and operated by Austrat Trading Corp., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

What Signatura does

  • Send and sign — upload a PDF, DOCX, PNG, or JPG, place the fields, and send to as many signers as you need, sequentially or in parallel. Signers never need an account and are never charged; they sign from an emailed link in any browser.
  • Auto-Sign — AI analyzes your document and places signature, date, and text fields automatically. You review, confirm, and send.
  • Seal and verify — every completed document is sealed with a SHA-256 integrity hash and a full audit trail recording who signed, when, and from where. Anyone holding the file can re-verify it — no account required — at app.getsignatura.com/verify.
  • 8 field types — Signature, Initials, Date Signed, Text Input, Checkbox, Dropdown, Attachment, and Auto-Number, each assignable per signer, required or optional.
  • Teams and branding — document visibility controls, co-editing, one-step offboarding with document transfer, plus your logo, brand colors, and custom email templates on every plan.
  • Seven languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, and Latvian, across the whole product: dashboard, editor, signing pages, emails, and notifications. Each recipient's language is chosen individually.
  • Cloud imports — one-click import from Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft OneDrive; export completed documents back.

Standards and security

Signatura electronic signatures are intended to be legally binding under the ESIGN Act and UETA (US), and qualify as Simple Electronic Signatures (SES) admissible under eIDAS Art. 25(1) (EU) and the UK retained eIDAS Regulation. Documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), and every completed document carries a SHA-256 integrity record.

A few deliberate choices, each one checkable:

  • No tracking. No analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere on the site or in the app — so there is no consent banner. The Global Privacy Control signal is honored.
  • Authorization enforced in the database. Every table runs row-level security; who may read a document is decided by Postgres itself.
  • Every sub-processor published by name, purpose, and region — before you sign up: sub-processors.
  • GDPR and PIPEDA aligned, with a published DPA, privacy policy, and accessibility conformance.

FAQ

Is Signatura legally binding? Yes — under the ESIGN Act and UETA (US), and as SES under eIDAS Art. 25(1) (EU) and UK retained eIDAS. High-value document types that local law reserves for Advanced or Qualified Electronic Signatures (wills, certain real-estate, formal corporate filings) are out of scope.

Do signers need an account? No. Signers sign from an emailed link in the browser, free, in their own language. A signer can explicitly choose to save their signature for future documents.

How does the free trial work? Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required to start.
