Run the release-mode test suite before building and publishing the Windows artifact.
Replace the msbuild.log parser with direct MSBuild project evaluation. - discover configured projects and references recursively - generate complete commands without requiring a clean build - preserve MSVC environment, PCH, module, and header-unit settings - validate source coverage and replace output atomically - add Windows integration tests, CI, and user documentation BREAKING CHANGE: ms2cc now accepts .sln, .slnx, .vcxproj, and .proj roots instead of msbuild.log files. Legacy parser options and merge behavior have been removed. MSBuild 17.8 or newer is required.
