NutmegTrip is a graphical user interface that lets FieldTrip results be explored with a NutMEG-style interactive interface.
FieldTrip provides the source-reconstructed data structures. NutmegTrip provides the interactive exploratory user interface, including voxel picking, time/frequency selection, peak hunting, etc. SPM is used for the anatomical viewer and low-level orthoview rendering/callback infrastructure.
NutmegTrip has been developed by Sarang Dalal, one of the authors of the NUTMEG software.
