The balance header's expanded height is now 60% of the visible screen (min 210px) instead of a fixed 210px, so the balance is the focus at rest with recent activity peeking below. The collapsed/scrolled state is unchanged.
The snap logic and testnet notice use the new collapse range, and the trailing padding grows for short lists so the header can still collapse fully.
