We recently add an issue where a federation was not producing sessions, but it was really hard to tell what was wrong and why it wasn't working. The federation info screen didn't give us anything to work with, all guardians were up and able to be connected, but sessions weren't being produced.
This PR adds the Session count to the Federation Info screen so that users can see the last time that the federation produced a session and which session each guardian is at. This will give expert users an indication as to what is going on and able to be debugged.
