Replace the full-width Material BottomNavigationBar with a centred, translucent pill that blurs the transaction list scrolling behind it.
…abels Derive the pill height from the text scaler (floored at 64) so large-text users no longer get a clipped label, and drop the redundant Semantics label so VoiceOver/TalkBack announce each tab once. Adds a widget test for both.
On narrow phones at large text sizes each tab only has ~65px for its label, so "Lightning" was cut to "Light…". Let the label grow with the text scale while there is room and scale down past that.
