Bump go-eth2-client to 562eb77e for the current Heze types (v0.1.6 fails to decode Heze blocks at the execution payload bid) and handle DataVersionHeze in the SSZ encoder and the web UI.

Adds Heze (FOCIL) fork support by bumping go-eth2-client/dynamic-ssz and handling DataVersionHeze in the SSZ encoder and web UI. I verified the Heze cases cover every version switch in the repo (the encoder is the only Go site), the frontend's toUpperCase() switch matches upstream's lowercase "heze" version string and the JSON key emitted by VersionedSignedBeaconBlock, blob-sidecar skipping already covers Heze via the fulu-fork check, and all three bumped modules resolve on the Go proxy/sumdb with matching go.sum hashes and no OSV vulns. Nothing to report.

Adds Heze (EIP-7805 / FOCIL) support: bumps go-eth2-client to 562eb77e, whose Heze types decode current Heze blocks (v0.1.6 fails with an incorrect offset in the execution payload bid), and handles
DataVersionHezein the SSZ encoder and web UI. Without it checkpointz stops advancing at the last pre-Heze finalized epoch, as on focil-devnet-0 (stuck at epoch 4 while upstreams are at 24). Tested against focil-devnet-0 upstreams: serves finalized epoch 24 in full mode, and a lodestarfocil-devnet-0node checkpoint-syncs from it (slot 768, isFinalized=true).
