What is the purpose of this pull request?

Prevent regressions where valid page-margin declarations are reported as unknown @page descriptors.

What changes did you make? (Give an overview)

Added a no-invalid-at-rules test covering margin, margin-top, margin-right, margin-bottom, and margin-left inside @page.

Changes LGTM, thanks. I changed this to "blocked" as this requires csstree update (see PR).
