Hello,
I am opening this PR to ensure that all template files are installed during the IOC build. Recently, I identified an issue during the startup of the 1-channel Xspress3 IOC, as the xspress3Deadtime_1Channel.template file was not being installed in the module's db directory.
This PR fixes the issue by adding all template files to the installation list.
