Eventually, I'd like to add integration tests using a temporary Mastodon container (similar to masto.js: https://github.com/neet/masto.js/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci.yml#L65-L79 ) so we can log in and test full Elk functionality.
There was a Cypress setup PR (#796), but I think Playwright is a better fit because Nuxt supports its runner (ref: https://nuxt.com/docs/4.x/getting-started/testing) (and I'm more familiar with.)
I used npmx.dev repo's setup (https://github.com/npmx-dev/npmx.dev) as a reference.
