I did not add the proposed 2004 PhD year because the cited repository document was blocked during independent verification. I also did not add Texas A&M as undergraduate education because the accessible Purdue/RNA Society text did not explicitly identify a completed undergraduate degree there.
• Cuong C. Nguyen: the current Mayo academic profile explicitly lists his MD and BA from Johns Hopkins, so both institutions were added. The proposed 1985 and 1981 years were omitted because those years could not be independently recovered from the accessible live official profile.
