Serves the new AntennaHeadAPI radio fields and endpoints:
/api/v1/controlbooth/statusnow includes theradio*fields from ControlBooth'sradio statusAppleEvent.POST /api/v1/controlbooth/radio/start|stopsendstart radio/stop radioand return now-playing. The station switches AntennaHead to itself (and back to the filler) a few seconds later, so clients poll the status. ControlBooth's error comes back as a 502 JSON error.Needs the AntennaHeadAPI PR. Debug build succeeds.
