Adds reference-backed comparisons of docket's plan/apply and idempotency model against the dokku CLI, Ansible, Chef/Puppet/SaltStack, Terraform/OpenTofu, Kamal, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes GitOps operators. Every external quote is verified against its source, and each docket claim cites the specific reference doc that backs it via footnotes.
