From meeting notes to momentum.
Keep supplier conversations, decisions and follow-ups connected in one desktop workspace.
Play and seek the HyperFrames tour, then click through a live HiveMind workspace. All demo data is fictional.
| Capture | Follow through |
|---|---|
| Organize notes by project and supplier, with rich text and attachments. | Keep tasks, owners, due dates and follow-ups tied to their source notes. |
| Record or import transcripts and review AI suggestions before saving them. | Track decisions and their history as work changes. |
| Find notes, tasks and decisions with search. | See what needs attention in Today / My Work and the follow-up board. |
HiveMind stores its workspace locally and makes automatic backups. You can also export project data as JSON. Transcription and AI analysis use Groq or OpenAI only when you configure the relevant API keys and run those features — see the privacy and confidentiality guide for exactly what is sent where, and how to use HiveMind for meetings under NDA.
Download the latest HiveMind-Setup-*.exe from Releases. The current installer targets Windows x64.

If you used an earlier version of the app, your existing data is kept in the same Windows profile at %APPDATA%\supplier-notes.
Requires Node.js 22.12 or newer (Vite 8). From the supplier-notes directory:
npm install
npm run electron:devUseful checks:
npm run typecheck
npm test
npm run buildEnd-to-end checks (after npm run build; they use temporary profiles and mock all AI providers):
node scripts/e2e-electron.cjsnode scripts/e2e-browser.mjsnode scripts/e2e-editor.mjsnpm install does not download the Electron binary; it is fetched the first time Electron starts. On Linux run the Electron check under Xvfb (xvfb-run -a node scripts/e2e-electron.cjs). The browser and editor checks need Playwright with Chromium (npx playwright install chromium). Windows installers are built with npm run electron:build; see releasing and code signing. The latest quality audit is in docs/QUALITY_AUDIT.md.
The interactive demo uses a real HyperFrames composition and @hyperframes/player for playback, seeking and scene navigation. Its Explore live workspace tab runs the browser build of HiveMind with fictional sample data. The demo source and rebuild steps are included in this repository.
