Adds custom-terminology label fields to event programs:
eventLabel/eventsLabelorgUnitLabelrelationshipLabel/relationshipsLabelnoteLabel/notesLabelAlso refreshes label wording for tracker programs:
"registering unit"→"organisation unit".(singular)/(plural)markers to fields that have both variants.
