Double-clicking to dismiss a hint results in a duplicate key IntegrityError

At least, that's the theory on the cause. There's no check currently to make sure that the key doesn't exist before creating it. Of course, since this is an ajax request (and it only happens if it's already worked) it's not a high priority to fix.
