feat(post): swap the Happening Now rail widget for a Looking for group promo - #6998

…p promo The post rail (page and modal, plus the squad, poll, social and collection rails) drops the rotating Happening Now headline widget and invites people to Looking for group instead. On regular posts it sits below the marketplace widget and keeps the rail ad slot that followed Happening Now. The promo reuses the inbox promo's approved copy and only renders inside the `lfg` rollout, for people without an LFG post, so the rail shows nothing new to anyone outside the flag. It logs its own impression and click events with the post origin and launch state. The `post_page_highlights` flag only gated the removed widget, so it goes with it. Happening Now in the feed is untouched.
