Xion network rebrand to Verona

Xion Network is currently undergoing a rebrand to Verona.

This PR updates only the visual aspect of the token since the base denomiation and underlying ibc connections will remaing (uxion) to avoid the need of a full Token Migration.

After reviewing it, I found that a few additional changes are needed, so I’ll handle those updates directly on my side.

I’ll reject this PR for now, but I’ll refer to the changes included in it and apply the necessary parts.

I’ll make sure everything is prepared so it can be merged according to the timeline.
