feat: verify document-shaped semantic reliability

Summary

• add a strict document-shaped Recognition Challenge v3 overlay and independently score final decisions, explanations, reasons, and problem policy
• generate cross-stack cursor/navigation invariants and differential edit-lifecycle traces
• accept same-revision wasmtex structural relinks only when identical source has a changed analysis fingerprint
• extend performance fixtures and failure-work reporting without relaxing budgets
• pin the merged wasmtex cursor-invariant foundation and rebuild the release WASM on x86_64 Linux

• CI: Rust format/clippy/tests, TypeScript, parity, budgets, package smoke, generated WASM
• bun run check
• bun run challenge (48/48)
• SEMATH_LIFECYCLE_FULL=1 bun scripts/check-lifecycle.mjs (6/6 families)
