feat: complete shared calculus and indexed structures

Closes #180

Summary

• make structural math commands cursor-addressable through one wasmtex-node-derived candidate path
• preserve integral bounds/differentials, total and partial derivative variables/orders, and nabla applications in canonical IR
• expose indexed-family base/index components without changing complete symbol identity
• carry integral/partial result shapes through the shared operator inference path
• hard-cut protocol 6 and rebuild release WASM on the designated x86_64 Linux path
