dongle working with piracast?

I got a dx wifi dongle, and wanted to know if is there any chance it works with piracast.

Also like to know what chipsets are compatible with this, if possible.

Generally a Wi-Fi Module needs Wi-Fi Direct (P2P) as that's the base that Miracast uses. And there should be a driver for Linux available.
Luckily both points are true for the BCM43143 which is the Wi-Fi Module on the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. The brcmfmac driver is even Free Software and part of the Mainline Kernel. So it should be easy to use piracast on your rpi3 (I didn't try).
