Problem No. 113 No Route to Host

Hi, when I connect to the Piracast, 1/2 the time my Moto X shows that it is mirroring, but there is no picture, But the other half of the time, I get socket.error: [errno 113] No route to host

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this.
