Fix µ corrections and SF to no longer max out at pT 199.9

@MatthewDittrich I was just looking through the issues and saw this one. Wondering if it ever got resolved..?

At the time of implementation, the higher pT corrections were not available. As of now, these corrections are available and should be implemented. In the current setup (as of June 30, 2025), muons with pt greater than 199.9 are corrected with the assumption of a pt of 199.9

For SMP-24-015, this was not an issue as the corrections were not available until late in the analysis, and the MUO POG saw we had very few events with muons pt > 199.9
