This patch fixes WebFinger avatar lookups like `domi@git.sakamoto.pl` resulting in `https://git.sakamoto.pl/.well-known/webfinger?resource=domi@git.sakamoto.pl` instead of `https://git.sakamoto.pl/.well-known/webfinger?resource=acct:domi@git.sakamoto.pl`.
