🦋 Description
created new flex box for filter & search bar to place them side by side
(still lacks styling!)
created new copy of TagAutoComplete component called FilterAutoComplete which will render a border
(err im guessing there's a way to edit the parameters? of original instance of TagAutoComplete that's used in the filter to do this but I coudn't figure out just yet — functionality seems to work just fine tho)
(still need to style border / corner radius)
