Some are just replaced by arrays of zeroes to avoid problems w/ 3d viewer fns but this should be fixed soon

The scores field in the cm file is now in field 8 (0 indexed). There are some other changes I had made when i was messing with the javascript, you can reject those changes.
Another thing I forgot is the flag and score field. In assigning colors for instance, it checks if the score != -9999 which is the flagged value. However, in the cm files, these flags will be in the SIGD field (field 5). I haven't changed that yet.
