MaSuRCA 4.x install.sh generates masurca_config_example.txt; the old sr_config_example.txt no longer exists, so pkgshare.install failed. (This also re-triggers CI against the now-fixed develop autobump.yml.) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
