feat(usage): add usage template for rendering asciidoc manuals - #49

Add a new usage template for rendering asciidoc content in manpage format. This can be used to generate man pages for commands. To facilitate this change, the flag grouping logic has been moved to the internal package so it can be shared across the getopt package and the usage renderer.
