Enable import and use of Ink/Stitch fonts

Ink/Stitch has an embroidery font library:

It would be nice to be able to make use of these fonts within Turtlestitch. Happy to work on implementing this if it would be considered.

I think simply adopting the Ink/Stitch library isn't quite straightforward, though, since TurtleStitch doesn't handle vector graphics the way Inkscape does. TurtleStitch only exports SVG from turtle movement/stitch commands — there's no internal document model of editable paths/objects the way Inkscape has. Ink/Stitch is built as an Inkscape extension that works directly on that path-based SVG DOM, so the fonts would likely need to be reinterpreted into turtle movement commands rather than the library being reused as-is.

We've made a few attempts in the past to bring more libraries into TurtleStitch. It might be worth teaming up with @Simon-Mong, who has already made some progress in that direction — could be a good starting point for figuring out where such an integration could hook in.
