Add Ruby instrumentation config options - #155

Add the config options the Ruby gem now reports to the diagnose config lists. These are the per-integration instrument options for Sidekiq, Shoryuken, Que, Resque, Delayed Job, Active Job, Excon and MongoDB, and the enable_job_enqueue_instrumentation option.
