Adds
requireNoModelProblemsto reject builds with model problems and report their details. Supports the APIs from Maven 3 PR #298 and Maven 4 PR #12620, and warns and skips when neither API is available.Validated with 12 unit tests and clean/warning integration tests against both core PR branches.
