Current: App stores date in local TZ at 00:00 time, which is UTC+2 in my case. API returns Z(ulu), hence previous day @ 22:00
Expected: GET ...?tz=<my current tz> should calculate offsets and return the proper date in my current tz. - Or equivalent mechanism.
