[CM5], [RPI-4] - Wi-Fi not connecting to mixed WPA2 / WPA3 or WPA3 networks.

Seems to be related to the use of wpa_supplicant, rather than iwd.

Issue seen on CM5 and Raspberry Pi 4 when using Boot to Qt 6.10.0 (Walnascar).

Potentially multiple things at play, summarised in the PDF document below. Not sure if this is the right place to post, or how the issue can be solved, but hopefully someone finds the information useful.
