storyboard_start_offsetto distribute coverage across budget-limited runs (Interactive runner: 600s wall-clock budget cannot fit a 67-storyboard suite at observed per-step pacing (~11–17s/step, seller-side latency 13–19ms) adcp#6632). Whentimeout_mstruncates a run, execution previously always started from the same list head, so consecutive truncated runs re-graded the same prefix while tail storyboards were never exercised. The new option rotates the runnable storyboard list (modulo length, relative order preserved) so callers can vary the starting point between runs. The timeout-budget observation now also listsstoryboards_not_startedids so per-run coverage gaps are inspectable, not just countable.legacy forecast timestamp normalization, and asynchronous server-side custom
