Introduce SDK support for the new
stkGHOmigrate endpoint.This adds the client-facing action for requesting the
stkGHOmigrator transaction plan from the V3 API, following the existing SDK action patterns so apps can call the endpoint and receive the generatedTransactionRequestconsistently with the rest of the transaction flows.
