fix: remove Sentry example files

This PR removes the Sentry example API route (app/api/sentry-example-api/route.ts) and its corresponding example page (app/sentry-example-page/page.tsx). These files were scaffolded during the Sentry SDK setup and were designed to intentionally throw an error to demonstrate Sentry's error monitoring capabilities. They serve no production purpose and were causing the SentryExampleAPIError issue (DOCFLOWIA-2). Removing them eliminates this intentional error.
