Why are there little dots all over my parts?
The dots are called Sketch Points. These can be used for shortcuts to joining metal together.
My C-Channel and sketch points are in different places?
You used the Move tool on bodies. Make sure to select the entire component before moving, or select Components in the Move Object dropdown.
How do I modify the length of axles?
Select the component and right click. Break link on the component (the option should have a little chain link icon). Press 'E' to extrude, click the flat face of the axle (the side that doesn't have the rounded head) and extrude to the desired length!
