Paintable Fuzzy Skin Areas Body: Request a modifier or paint tool to apply fuzzy skin only to selected faces or regions, similar to support painting. Use case: texture grip areas while keeping precision surfaces smooth.

Make it so we can basically make grip texture on parts but have precise parts on the same plane

I don't know if this would be Implemented in Cura, but something worth looking it is https://bumpmesh.com/ where you can import an model file and apply textures & amongst many other things you can exclude faces from the applied texture. Here's a quick cube I knocked up as an example

I believe this is on the ToDo list of features for painting but might take a while before it's implemented.
