Cut [Unreleased] to [0.17.1] and bump the three version surfaces the hygiene test pins together. Seven fixes and one knob; the spoken-approval fix is the first outside contribution to a live production lane. Also: credit @danclaw93 in the CHANGELOG entry and the README Contributors list, and make CONTRIBUTING's ruff line version-agnostic so dependabot bumps stop staling it. Gemini #122 is not in this release; it ships as 0.17.2 once its patch passes review.
