Torrent tracker replacer for qBittorrent (and possibly other bt clients)

Replaces old/outdated trackers in .fastresume files. Requires Python 2.7.
Place it in ~/.local/share/data/qBittorrent

Usage: python tracker_replace.py <old tracker> <new tracker>

For replacing trackers in *.torrent files refer to transmission-edit in transmission-cli
