Saved search rename

Adding saved search functionality to the navigator UI

• Added a modal to allow renaming of the saved search
• The saved search modal contains the query and service type selected, and a field where they can rename the qeury
• The label for the query can not exceed 60 chars or be left empty
• The styling for the saved search card item has been separated out from that of the book marks
