MathJax startup retries now reuse the existing WebView2 core initialization task, avoiding the different-environment exception after an initial load failure or cancellation. Word loads its Office OMML stylesheet only when an OMML conversion is requested, so that dependency no longer blocks controller startup or OLE operations.

Rebuild the Office 3.2.0 installer with both fixes and update its SHA-256 checksum.

Validation:

• pytest: 545 passed and 57 subtests passed; Pyright and Ruff checks/formatting passed.
• .NET: 122 tests passed across net48/net9.0; rendering smoke and typography smoke passed (65 SVG/EMF samples, 130 PNG outputs).
• Shared editor: 27 JS tests and 69 browser tests passed.
• Real Word OMML/OLE and PowerPoint E2E passed, including MathType conversion, failure recovery, editing, copying, and save/reopen. Native handler round trips passed for x64 and Win32.
• Installer build passed; packaged DLL hashes, four VSTO manifest signatures, and installer SHA-256 verified. Translation and distribution input checks passed.
