docs: add worktrees feature documentation

Added comprehensive documentation for the Worktrees feature in the Roo Code Extension Features section.

Changes

• Created new docs/features/worktrees.mdx page with:
  • Overview explaining what worktrees are and their benefits for agentic coding
  • Getting Started section with step-by-step instructions
  • Key Functionality section covering switching, managing, and the .worktreeinclude feature
  • Use Cases with practical examples
  • Limitations and best practices
• Updated sidebars.ts to include the worktrees page in the Features section

Structure

Followed the same structure as other feature docs (overview → getting started → key functionality) similar to roomote-control documentation.

Also, copy the YouTube video embedding format for other .mdx files containing tutorials and embed this https://youtu.be/BRrhcYYSh9M YouTube video as the tutorial for this page. Additionally, add this video to the JSON file at docs/tutorial-videos.json so that it’s available as a tutorial video title. The title in the json should be Worktrees.
