As requested via Slack, the community projects featured in the docs were of dubious quality and obsolete. For example, "Dynamic Rules" no longer adds value with the newly added slash commands support. The hype around these projects has died down, so this PR simplifies the documentation by removing the entire section and replacing it with just a direct link to the Roocabulary repository.
