CHANGELOG.latest.md is rolled into CHANGELOG.md for this version. No application logic changes appear in the diff—only release metadata and changelog content for work already merged (ads reward-verification tracking, headless offering checkpoints, paywall fixes, WebView preboot, checkpoint dimension providers, dependency bumps, etc.).
