Cannot start OS without i8042 controller (PS2).

-machine q35,i8042=off
-device qemu-xhci,id=xhci -device usb-mouse -device usb-kbd

Even if there is no PS2 Controller at all, it should still boot up to "desktop" ;)

This bug exists in bios.asm which is part of Pure64.

It is wrong to assume that port 0x64 is there.

The fix is to use a BIOS interrupt to handle enabling the A20 gate (if not already enabled):

This is fixed in Pure64 now. BareMetal still hangs during HID init as it is expecting the port to be available.
