This PR will add proofs for
komlos_convex_weights_diagonalandkomlos_uniform_convergence. Note that the statement of the latter is only going to be used in the diagonal argument. Therefore, it is possible that it might get modified in this PR to a version that's handier to use for provingkomlos_convex_weights_diagonal.
